Our Story
Baskerville e-media is the sister company of East Park Communications, which are a long-established contract publisher, specialising in producing printed journals for Local Law Societies in the Midlands and East Anglia.
The company was founded in 2021, taking over the publishing of Periodical e-magazines for Liverpool Law Society, Newcastle Law Society, and the Northern Circuit from Baskerville publications, who closed due to the retirement of their Director. The magazines had become very well known by local Lawyers in each region, and we strive to maintain and build on the success of the previous company.
In autumn 2022, we added Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Law Society to our portfolio of regional Law
e-magazines and expanded out of Northern England. The e-magazines are published on a Flickread platform, which allows us to monitor analytics and set goals for increasing engagement with readers.

Northern Circuit Barristers
The Northern Circuit, dating back to 1176, is one of the oldest and most distinguished circuits in England, once spanning the entire North before being divided in 1876. From just 62 barristers in its early days, it now numbers over 1,100 members, with notable figures such as F.E. Smith, Hartley Shawcross KC, and John Buchan among its ranks.
Today, the Circuit remains a thriving legal community, and its legacy is preserved and promoted through digital publications produced by Baskerville e-Media, ensuring its history and traditions continue to
engage and inspire new generations.
